Working as a Certified Energy Expert® insulation installer at Home Insulation & Supply is an excellent way to join the building trades industry. We are an independently owned business that has been serving the region since 1976. Becoming an Insulation Installer

As an insulation installer, you will complete honest meaningful work for our customers and our community. You will:

  • Undergo extensive training, including Owens Corning® Certified Energy Expert® certification courses.
  • Install insulation in walls, floors, and attics according to top quality standards.
  • Work on a crew with other team members.
  • Follow all safety programs and procedures.
  • Record the materials used at each job.
  • Help to load and drive trucks to the job site.
  • Work with equipment such as scaffolding, ladders, tools and scissor lifts.

Are you the right fit? We have the following requirements:

  • All workers must be committed to working safely and have a strong work ethic and passion for only doing the best work.
  • Must be comfortable working in tight spaces and/or standing for periods of time.
  • Must be 18 or older in age.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.

Current Openings

Installers (New Homes)

We have immediate openings for hardworking individuals to install insulation products in new residential and commercial buildings. Great wages, great benefits! Will train.

Installers (Existing)

We have immediate openings for hardworking individuals to retrofit our wall insulation products to existing residential and commercial buildings. Great wages, great benefits! Will train. Carpentry experience a plus, but not required.
